I am on day 3 going into day 4 of my furst Water Fast and besides my energy levels going up and down, I was able to have sexua| activity witg my husband who is not fasting, yes it was draining but I made it through ajd enjoyed it. But I seriously doubt I will be doing it again, it took alot out of me and I need all the energy I can get if I expect to make it to day 30!
