well I restarted a week ago it helps ALOT. I know it is a band aid solution but I am hoping to keep taking a really low dose (I take half the smallest dosage and it is effective) and hopefully feel better , heal and then work my way down.

Apparently once you are feeling better it is much easier to stop it. I did the worst think last year by stopping it while I was not feeling so good I caused alot of neurotoxicity.

here is a link to what cheney had to say about klonopin. It is one of is favorite drug for cfs. Alot of other cfs doctor use it alot if you feel wired/tired (neurotoxicity) myhill does and most of the others do to.

I would rather not take it at all but taking small amount is allowing me at the present time to deal with my stuff , see some friends etc... I can do my yoga and take care of my health better. Hopefully it can support me in a good way. I went to hell the last 6 months or so torturing myself thinking I would feel better with time . I was doing alot more damage then good.

Anyways , Apart from the klonopin I am trying to stay as much natural as I can , even with supplement.

Take care
And report on the gupta
