I think you should stop taking the Wormwood and see how you feel in a couple of days. When I was having alot of die-off I used to get shortness of breath and heart irregularity. Most times something would be eliminated and the symptoms would pass.

But I never experienced violent rumbling of the heart. That would have caused some concern. So take a break.

Cleansing with herbs takes time. I know at your age you want it done yesterday. This process takes lots of time, patience and perseverence.
