Hey SPT,

I used the mature ones myself and they were great. I went through about 5 per day, but I've read elsewhere that you should just drink as many as you feel like, so let your body decide.

I'm trying to hunt down some literature so we have some reference material... this will slowly be added over the course of the next week or two.
