MBC- I am sorry that I missed that they are 425mg when I gave you the Clark dosing. She suggests 7 x 300 mg = 2100.
I am sure you will be fine but Wormwood can cause headaches. I am 125lbs and 5'4" and routinely take more than this. I use 2500mg of Wormwood which is roughly 1/2 tsp. I am on a maintenance program 3 days per week and I take between 6000-8000mg of killing herbs.

So I would suggest drinking lots of water and make sure you have a bm tomorrow. It is not the Wormwood I am concerned about but a big die-off. Just cut back the wormwood or skip tomorrows dose.
