That might be hard for me because I have a stonge sweet tooth and all it would take is a sip and I wont be able to stop. I know myself too well for that, yes just water is going to be hard and I have to gain self control if i'm going to make it through this and start right on a healthy path. So who knows I might try the crystle light, might! Thanks again!
