So far I took in today like 2liters of water so far and I might have a bit more, I only drink when thursty and thats when my throat gets dry. Right now i'm laying down I feel so sleepy so before I do a video i'm going to take a nap since I been out all day. Good luck the first 24hrs was ok for me but I know ad long as I remember my goals for God, health, and weight loss I can make it to 30days
