1 day before? 2 days before?

I know it's usually recommended 24hrs, but on the other hand I've read that the more pressure that builds up, the more stones you get out; so it makes me think a little longer would be better, no?

I haven't eaten fat all day and am flushing tomorrow night. I can't decide if I should eat any or not. I've been going to the bathroom all day from using Oxypowder and tonight it looks+smells like I have bile coming out with it. :/
