I have been having stomach issues for a little while now. I think it would be good for me to do some kind of bowel cleanse. I do not think I am absorbing food really well and have been constipated for the past 3 days :) .

How do I go about using IF1/IF2 , Is there any counter indication. Would they help with those issues.

THings I am taking for the gut now is glutamine + fibersmart by renew life (just started back on that to see if it could help.) Can it be taken along with IF1/IF2

I know that uniquity is suppose to be getting back to me at some point ( I am really expecting that mail), But maybe some other can help me in the mean time.
Computer seems to trigger alot of symptoms so I try to stay away as much as I can, I cant research stuff for hours online.

Another question I have is related to juicing. For the moment I am making green drink with my blender and it is working pretty well. Is there any advantage to go with a juicer.

I also have a cayenne tincture Christopher cayenne how can this be used , I have heard it could be good for low body temperature .
