"After reading the original post I have been leaving selenium out of my protocol. How does one know what to do? I do not have the finances to remove my fillings right now."

I have read scare-tactics articles all along;

for iodine;(shrinks your thyroid etc)
for borax; (shrinks your nuts etc)
and now selenium; (shrink your brains etc)

LOL; maybe we could find something to shrink the heart too, to finish the job properly!


I have taken all three of them for over 3 years, and are in much better shape than I was in my 20ies, not to mention my 30ies.
What I have done is to listen to my inner guidance.

"Other than going to school to become a scientist is there any real conlusive way of knowing whether I will or wont harm myself in taking selenium"
-I believe you are the biggest scientists for YOUR body.
