Hi Ginagirl

How high does the dosage have to be to get hyper T symptoms? I don't add a lot of SSKI in me since I am starting new and will have low dosages for a while. I have always had symptoms of hypo (cold sweaty hands and feet, overproduction of oil in the sebaceous glands, etc).

I know you are a proponent of taking selenium. I have a bottle of 100mcg but haven't opened it yet since Sunday. But it's hard to take sides when some of the mods here are advising not to take selenium and if you have Amalgam fillings (only 2 for me).

When I get to the Phils. (less than 2 weeks now) I will go find a dentist very soon to replace it. Something tells me to wait then, but I hear your sense of urgency to take Selenium.

Thank you for your posts, too. I learn a lot from them. Are heard you worked at a hospital or something. Are you a nurse, doctor, scientist, or something?

Also any experience on Olive Oil. I will try it out.
