My concern after this thread is that folks dont do the full protocol, leave out the selenium..
and that this will lead to a higher incidence of (hopefully)trancient hypo OR hyper T symptoms. As selenium is needed for the convertion from T3 to T4. And while hypo T is bad, hyper T is terrible,
-and that this will be blaimed on high Iodine instead of low selenium.
