Hey, so... ever since I've done the earthing.. and more so the past week... my sleep schedule seem to be in perfect tune... like, by the minute.

Get sleepy and tired/ready for bed around 11pm every night and bounce out of bed by 8am every morning.

It's been like clockwork. Never in my life have I had such a regulated sleep schedule.. Also, I don't wake up at night and sleep deep the whole time.

How's THAT for forward motivation in healing!?
