Hi, i've looked up this site as i've only had to coil for a month but has been really painfull and i noticed you said you horse ride. i ride at least 4 times a week and starting to realise that the cramps are much worse after i ride that day! di you have this problem? i have booked to take it out as really not worth the hassle but can't believe how rubbish the doctors are about this, i have beeb told that it works so well for most people which really doesn't seem the case.
