Thank you all for the wonderful information you have all put on this thread. I am so glad you people can actually have a rational conversation without getting heated. I was able to take in much knowledge from different sides.

I will play it safe though. I have not taken my selenium although I bought it last Sunday. I have been doing Trap's SSKI and it has helped me sleep better and gives the boost of energy needed.

When I go to the Philippines, I will have my Amalgam fillings (only 2) replaced since my mother has connections there and it's cheap anyways.

Something tells me I will be learning a lot here.
