Indeed. And, further advise people to avoid the sun (so they make no vit. D), and tell them to avoid salt b/c it causes hypertension (so they get less iodine, our salt contains I here in the states).

I eat more salt than anyone, and at age 50 my bp regularly measures 105/68.

Once again are seen the perils of listening to medico farts, emitted from a few anal minds in some established continuing enterprise that depends on sickness for its financial life blood - a mongrel beast indeed.
