Oh wow!I have always liked coconut anything!I never tried the water though!It took some looking around, but I found some and I really really loved it..Unfortumately, I didnt find actual coconuts, so I got the packaged stuff, but it was great anyways..I just finished a 20 day water fast, and let me tell you...it helped my energy go up so much. I guess it's all that potassium...:)
Anyway thanks fastingforlife!What a great post and a great suggestion. People like you is what fasters need,positive energy, humility and humor to help all of us stay strong!Take care!
