Have you tried getting a grounding blanket for your bed? I am also doing the grounding much more since you mentioned it. I did about 30 minutes this afternoon but I am going to it as much as possible from now on.

that you put on your bed that will ground you while you sleep. But I'm not sure that my room has a groundable plug. They have a plug test also for about $5. The bed cover is more expensive though. I am thinking about saving up to buy one.

David Wolfe says we should be grounded at least 8 hours a day!
