When you've got someone who's compromised adrenals are causing all sorts of anxiety, mood, and frustration that make it seem like the world is coming down on them and they just want to quit... EARTHING is a miracle tool. It sucks that my adrenals were so compromised going into this, or the whole ordeal would have been easier on me.

I'm doing this AS MUCH AS I CAN... it WILL make the whole ordeal easier, die off, cleansing, healing, etc... I can only imagine how much better my adrenals feel when I'm earthing.

Ugh... that candida die off is horrid, but when I start barefooting, it's 100x easier.

Got to try this people! .. especially those with adrenal fatigue!
