Hello Jerome

It took me years to get to this point because I wasted time. I think it can be done in maybe 3- 6 months if you are severe. Yes I can eat whatever I want but I do not make daily habit out of it. I stick to a healthy Diet and I treat myself occasionally until it is all gone
