Thanks for your posts Remi,

Along with diet, what supplements, or extras did u do?
Were the enemas, coffee enemas?

Can you sample your diet, like exactly what u ate? (it helps my process to know specifics)
Also why Low Fat? I ask because I tend to believe in the Weston Price way of eating.
