I think Telman knows more about this than I do -- I'm just responding because of my family history of Gallstones & pancreatitis, I know both things can get serious quickly.

Take care of yourself and I hope you feel better soon -- if I were you, I would call in some help with the baby so you can rest. The stress of the baby and the pain together is a lot to deal with!
