Thanks for the reply ALB!Actually my plan is to keep losing during refeeding, I will be eating small amounts of fruit and veggies.I am afraid though that you are right about my second fast. I wish I can lose another 23 pounds, but I guess it's harder now...Any weight loss is good though!Thanks again!
