Well the pain has moved to the middle of my stomach and I don't have any other sytmptoms like those described from pancreatits. I don't have a fever or anything elese- just pain. Could it just be pain from fecal matter and stones being trapped in the intestines?? The pain started on my left side and has migrated to the middle of my stomach Everyone just says pancreatitus but what about this other possibility???
