I agree completely.

Healthy people can eat what they want. They will suffer cumulative effects from those foods over many years, but a cheesecake and wine dessert will not make them sick.

Additionally, many people on this board are still quite young. I see many posts here from teenagers. Is it normal for a teenager to not be able to eat sweets? No.
