I have been reading up on this stuff because I want to start back up on it again. I've been reading that a lot of the ones that have Psyllium, Senna, or Cascara Sagrada can be dangerous or habit forming. Does anyone know about this? I know Schulze has some of this stuff in it, right? What do you all recommend? I have a BM's usually three times a day, but usually all in the morning. Despite that, I still have a lot of toxic colon symptoms. Thanks.
