I know! I want so badly to warn them, and I will at some point, without making it personal. Everyone knows I took Humaworm, and I don't blame it on that brand, just the herbals themselves. They aren't really strong enough to kill a lot of stuff, and the worms that CAN scatter to different parts of the body to escape the herbs, do, then you are stuck with a systemic infection, when you may have only had intestinal worms before. Also, when I was taking the herbs, I was so tired! I'm sure they killed some things, but I won't depend on them again.

I'm going on an alkaline diet. Been reading up on it. I love veggies anyway, so might as well make it official. This has been another lost day, so far. So obsessed with this stuff, I could not function to do anything else, but I'm starting now to get on with the day, even though late (4 p.m. here). Better late than never, I suppose.
