Okay I am desperate!! I know I should be careful when I cleanse because I am breastfeeding but I have to do something. My son seems to be fine and I have been taking espom salts for 2 days now. I just juiced 3 lemons took 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tbs Epsom Salts . I am now going to take a hot bath and hope this stuff works. I think I am plugged up because I have not really been going to the bathroom much. Something is stuck in my liver or intestines I know it. I have gotta get this stuff out. I am usally not plugged up like this. Is there anything else I should do?? Well I am in need of that hot hot bath right now. I will be back. I hope this works!!
