It comes back after you eat because your liver secretes bile to help digestion. All I can say is apple cider vinegar / lemon juice to soften the stones, Epsom Salts to relax the ducts and maybe some more olive oil to release bile. I was having the same pains and it got me constipated but I'm back to regular now, after 3 days of straining to pass small, hardened movements.
