harrowing account, indeed! So, perhaps Coconut water is life, for you. They ARE amazing. And the perfect healer for the kidneys--so a coconut Water Fast sounds perfect for you. Wish I had FULLY appreciated them way back, as I do now, when I lived in Africa as a teen, and they were the drink of choice, at the local cinema (in the library).

Your experience honestly sounds to me a lot like retracing (or revisitng) of some of these near death ( and poisoning) experiences. But so soon...hmm. Wonder what EFT might have made of them? I'm then wondering if you might possibly be one of the rare individuals -according to the lit- who lacks a certain enzyme that allows the body to switch over into ketosis. I forget the specifics of that, but for a few individuals, the Water Fast is NOT recommended.


anyway--enjoy the coconut. What a miracle food.
