What is your view on Mineral Oil?

Besides the obvious Vit C, the main thing is to start to have 2-3 bowel movements a day, at least temporarily until they are healed right?

Is it safe to take inulin fiber? If I would take herbs 20 minutes before fiber, would that be ok?
