I absolutely agree with you. I come here saying that it isn't as complicated to cure as everyone makes it out to be, and they tell me I didn't have candida, and that was I was never very sick. Lets just say if I lived like a normal american teen after getting candida, that I would have been hospitalized, possibly dead. I have come so far by keeping it simple, basically following the same things you do Remi. One thing I can not tolerate is drinking a ton of water like you, because it can throw my minerals out of balance.

Also another aspect that may help is to stop OBSESSING over the candida. If you think you are sick then you will stay sick. Follow healthy guidelines and go live your life... I know its hard with candida but that is a huge step.

Finally I whole heartedly agree Antibiotics is everything in candida. Especially deep penetrating long term anti biotics. I really think they mess with the adrenals and digestion so much.
