Exactly right. And using words like "iatrogenic" only serves to RE-CAST ourselves as VICTIMS, over and over again.

You made a good point about the time frame, too. Six(5,4) years is a long time, but it makes sense when you consider how long it took most of us to slide into this condition. The critical moment is the one where we become aware of candida and what has been going on. I don't care how long it takes, as long as I'm headed in the right direction. Did Antibiotics when I was 15--this has been brewin' for 30 years.

Mindset is a big part of it. If I don't believe a road is going to take me where people say it will, perfect excuse not to start/continue walking.
