I drink nothing but water. I gave up soda, juice everything else years ago. I drink easily 10 bottles a day.

With regards to the enemas, I didn't do enemas because having to get over into the position I had to was hard on my back, so I got colonics instead. I have major back issues from all of this. I had them on a regular basis and was getting high colonics and coffee enemas while there. But again, after months of this and seeing no results, I stopped for financial reasons. I am about to start bowel cleansing again to see if I can made anymore headway.

My main issue now is major reflux. It is causing my asthma, coughing, stomach problems and so on. I need to find the cause of the reflux and once I can, I can treat the cause.
