Remi,
You say you stayed on "the diet" for 6 years. What exactly was the "the diet" that you used. I have seen MANY candida diets out there and am curious what your's consisted of? Some include grains, some red potatoes, some fruit diets, some just meat and vegetables etc... Can you be more specific please....
And i agree with you about all your points, just think it takes some people longer than others.
