You raise many good points and I agree with you. We have seen on this board individuals who have needed to chelate heavy metals, some have needed to kill parasites. I also know of many in the past who have had to remove "mucoid plaque". Some may have dysunfction in the upper gut like me and it's really difficult to figure out what to do about that.

But we can take what might be helpful from remis posts. I havent' been doing the clear water enemas regularly and I will start. As well as trying to up my water.
