my history is similar. Young and indetructable then some life trauma, then I was "sick" suddenly and incurably since 2005. By accident and Gods grace I figured out what candida was in 2007.

I tested really low testosterone last year. Lately I have began consuming a great deal of meat 1.2-1.5 lbs per day on most days. With the aid of HCL I'm doing well with it. Vegetables and even raw foods are great, but getting proteins working right in the body is of utmost importance.
