What are are you serious. There are TONS more mercury released in one session of removal than the low dose vapors over years. If you don't use common sense things like a dental dam, suction to stop the mercury from being breathed in and swallowed, there's significant amount that's going into the body. And yes, I know NUMEROUS people who got messed up from removing Amalgams improperly.
