Hmmmm ill look in to it. I don't buy any foods that have msg in it but I did read a post by CS that sugar apprently stimulates the same receptor as msg, so I don't know I guess I'm more confused then ever. Do you think Ray Peats research is wrong then? I've noticed since upping the sugars that my teeth have become sore, so that's not a good sign, plus I'm currently sick which I haven't been for a long time. Not sure if its related to the sugar intake. I'm going to continue the complex carbs and tapper down the sugars a bit and see how that goes. My body temps been right around 98 though.

Just bought Tizona's rife machine so ill be running a bunch of those scripts soon.
