Hey so,

the muscle spasms and crap have lessened but have continued to today... i went outside to do some grounding, and that calmed me down and brought me to do the castor oil packs... it has helped a lot and the liver/gb are flowing like a river.

.. I'm still confused to what is exactly going on. Have I opened the flood works in my liver enough to the point where it's just flushing everything out on it's own? Like, I'll just be watching something on my computer and it's going like a water fall in there.... sure it helps that I'm drinking a gallon of water a day.

.. I'm wondering when this is going to let up and the twinging/occasional sharp pains are going to let up?

I'm taking the gold coin grass 4x per day now and I feel this is helping...

... flush on liver! .. because it seems that you have no other choice! LOL
