On the flip side, I often feel much much much better when I stay away from the computer and just try to live life like I am normal. This is because there is less stress on my body. The take home lesson here I would advocate is to try to just enjoy life a lot more and do what you can about your illness but don't obsess about it. In fact, take a week at a time or so to completely forget about it and do not think about it.
