I thought rule #1 for recovering from AF was: stop all caffeine and other stimulants.

You can't possibly rebuild the adrenals and tire them out (use stimulants) at the same time.

CAFFEINE: SHORT TERM BOOST, LONG TERM DEGRADATION.
