The scalp issue and eczema are both common symptoms of yeast trouble. Find common symptoms of yeast trouble online and see if you have any other symptoms. If yeast makes sense as a likely cause then I definitely recommend that you try a strict anti-yeast diet plus a yeast killer (I like extra-virgin coconut oil, but opinion varies) and probiotics and see if they help (you should feel worse at first if it's working).

If yeast seems like the cause of your trouble then I also recommend considering possible underlying causes (like heavy metals) as possible culprits.
