But why should people be limited to whatever principles that a few posters on here want to see?  There are many ways for the body to maintain its pH, which I think is something important enough to be aware of.  So why not focus on assisting the body in its job rather than trying to force the pH one way or another putting more stress on the body as it now has to work harder to readjust its pH?
