Well thanks for that compliment. I don't know whether I can be glad for it or not yet. Then again, I haven't done anything I plan to do (bowel and liver cleansing). Although I am trying to eat a more alkaline diet and more healthy in general. I don't really notice too much difference. I'll let everyone know though once I do go through with it.
