Make sure to take ES before and after the flush. Be careful with the Bentonite because it is constipating. You will need to mix it with fiber and then take a herbal laxative at night to make sure you have a BM. This is the typical recipe for psyllium and Bentonite shakes.
Do a search on CZ for P&B shakes to get acquainted with the process.
