Hey fastinglforlife,

Great job fighting through that outrageously difficult 2nd day! I don't believe any of my fasts brought this much challenge in the early days showing once again that everybody's experience is different. I hope as you do that the hardest part is behind you and that you can enjoy some comfortable coasting as you continue forward. It's a pretty nice feeling to have no hunger whatsoever :).
