Okay, so for the past three nights I have put a castor oil pack on my liver/stomach area for about three hours and each morning I'm wakin up lookin skinny, skinnier than I have in a long time and i'm about to get my period. That's cool. I guess it's bringing some swelling down in my little ole organs.
