That's great that your system is calming down. Yeah, I know how that feels, it sucks.

I doubt you took an excess amount of that stuff, maybe you're just sensitive and/or maybe your body noticed something new and freaked out like I was saying.

What I do with new things is start with near-microscopic amounts and build up from there. You can try that with things you know you react to.

By the way, don't waterlog yourself. That sucks too, hehe.
