I totally pick the worst times for help here on this forum ..usually when noone is on LOL.


ok this getting ridiculous ..bp is 169/102 and I am high wired to go right now ..chest is tight ..hands are cold and I can hardly breathe

took cayenne tincture 3 droppersful and 2 cloves of garlic in some orange juice ..

still nothing as of yet that was right after last post

I will never ever take that stuff again ..ya'll can have it if thats what its gonna do to me ..nope,nadda, not me

I have energy but this is unreal ..hope I dont have to deal with this all night cause I gotta work tomorrow

wow its like anxiety overload on me right now ..havent had this in a long while and I sure aint missed it either

its gonna be a ride for sure ..I will be here I am sure but if anyone has any bright ideas for me I would appreciate em
